Delivery Policy

Platform Of Instruction
All one-on-one tutorials will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will be provided a link to Zoom meetings with the instructor, to be sent through the participants’ registered email.

Scheduling
One on one sessions can be scheduled Saturday to Thursday from 8AM to 7PM UAE time (+4GMT) and Friday 8AM to 12PM UAE time (+4GMT), and subject to both parties’ mutual availability. Scheduling can be set initially via the website when you book, and succeeding online meetings can be set via email or during the online tutorial meeting.

Course Delivery Time

Once booking is made and payment has been received, we will send a welcome email, confirming the first date of your one on one tutorial meeting. Please keep in mind, initial tutorial cannot be scheduled less than two days from date of booking and date of payment.

A meeting will take around 45 minutes, and the total number of meetings a participant must take depends on the program taken.
Each participant has a maximum of one year to complete the entire number of meetings in the program enrolled in. For best result, we recommend a spacing of one week in between meetings, giving enough time to accomplish any assignment given during the previous meeting.

Methodology
Primarily, English is the medium of instruction in our online one on one programs. If so desired, the instructor can also teach in Filipino.
The program will make use of online live lectures, demonstrations and hands on camera exercises to facilitate learning. Shooting assignments will be given to complement learning, and must be submitted for evaluation in the next online meeting.

Student Responsibilities

The student shall maintain a stable technology environment to work from, that includes consistent connectivity and hardware such as microphone and camera, and software specifications for the course.

The student will be responsible for saving all work at their local computer and not depend upon the instructor to produce lost work. This includes all discussion postings, assignments, projects and any other required submissions.

Although a reminder will be sent to the participant via Zoom, it is the responsibility of the participant to make sure he or she will not forget the online tutorial appointment.

Meeting Cancellation And Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes, work and personal affairs can be unpredictable. As such, a participant can cancel his scheduled session for rescheduling. We would greatly appreciate it if the participant can send us a notice at least an hour before the scheduled meeting.
